• Increased the productivity of the development team by mentoring them in WebFOCUS applications development and the creation of templates for the development of future reports which ensure coding consistency, the proper use of common modules,  adherence to corporate standards, and provide more consistent and maintainable code.

• Increased User Buy-in by creating Proofs of Concepts for various applications, including Employer Analytics, which included advanced graphics and integration of WebFOCUS results in Microsoft Word templates.
